Guidelines for Submissions to Christopher Whisperings

Please send a query letter to submissions@ChristopherWhisperings.com.

• Please use the following subject protocol:  Genre, Author's Name, Title of Work
• For example:  Novella, Geralyn Hesslau Magrady, When Walls Talk
• Please note we currently accept only literary and upmarket fiction in the form of novels and novellas.
• Your query should include word count and page count.

After your query, please include the first fifty pages of your manuscript in the body of the email.  Attachments will not be opened.  The text should reflect the first fifty pages of a traditionally formatted manuscript in 12-pt Times New Roman font, double-spaced with one-inch margins.

We aim to reply within eight months.

We do accept simultaneous submissions.  Please notify us immediately if your work is accepted elsewhere.

We do not accept previously published work nor work that has appeared elsewhere in part or in entirety.  

While we accept a variety of contents and styles, your writing should capture Christopher Whisperings's goal of publishing fiction that embraces good values, stimulates critical thought and profound reflection, and touches the soul.
